Web Business

Hi all,

I am one of the individuals seeking to start up some web businesses. Ranging from publishing eBooks to having a service website. However, I do not know where to start. Anybody could lend a helping hand?
By the way, I am geographically located in Malaysia, meaning that it will be tough to get an credit card pay system to support. And I don't have an offshore bank account.
